Upholstery Cleaner

I should have known when the video reviews only showed wet spills being cleaned up that this product was not going to work. I bought it assuming it would not just suck up wet spills but also actually clean dirt out of a rug. It did not. I''m not sure what the cleaning product is that they include, but it did not get any stains out of my rug at all. Also, the suction on the hose was almost non-existent and I had to press down ridiculously hard to get it to suck up anything. I don''t know if I can return this once it''s been used, but I hope so.
