Playmobil Grand Mansion 5302 + Extras Read

Please read the entire listing. This is a used Playmobil Grand Mansion number 5302 and it has extra pieces as well as shown in photos. It''s in good clean condition but as it was a child''s there are small pieces missing. Most notably 2 stair steps and I think the bottom of the second railing is supposed to have something to attach it to the floor and it does not. The front has missing railings plants and one of the basement grills is missing and the roof some of the gingerbread is missing and I am pretty positive all the structural pieces are there. I am going to tell you up front you will want to have a bottle of wine and a great deal of patience to put this thing together. I thought putting a piece of Ikea furniture together with hard this was worse. I did my best and the floors stay together but again I can''t guarantee everything is there but I''m pretty sure the structural stuff is. There is a working fireplace when you press the button it flickers.
