Pokémon team rocket RARE promo from 2001! *MUST SEE*

Very rare Team Rocket Red Envelope that was given for the Hong Kong Pokemon League in 2001.

Includes highly sought after Dark Arbok with "W" gold stamp printed on the card. The "W" gold stamp symbolises the logo of Wizards Of The Cost which used to print Pokemon Cards up till the set "Skyridge".

This is a must have vintage item for all Pokemon card collectors!! *CARD IS NM AND SO IS THE RED SLEEVE ENVELOPE*. In my own personal opinion this card would grade a 10. I attached a sold comp of this card in a PSA10.
