LEGO Architecture 21005 falling water GC

Built once - on display for a year and then boxed up.
Instructions are still fresh and in great condition.
Bought at the WORLD Famous Von Maur department store in Louisville KY new.

Box has a few knocks and crinkles. Stored roughly but pieces appear to all be there. Should be there...I taped it up when I moved offices and unopened until about an hour ago.
