Beautiful Large Vintage Chinese Gold Vermeil (gold wash over solid sterling silver) filigree butterfly brooch. Covered with enamel adornments with turquoise and coral accents Marked "Silver." on back. The brooch has a C clasp with a safety latch that works perfectly. In fine condition with no loss of gold gilt. These beautiful hand made pieces are no longer being produced so they are highly collectible and showcase the high level of skill that was needed to make this jewelry. Circa early 1900s.
