Vintage, likely late 1980s to early 1990s.

No size tag, but based on others from this estate I estimate it at a 10/12 or medium.

Black, with metallic gold threads, beads, and sequins in a floral pattern.

Very loose through the bodice, almost "bubble" style, with the bottom 7.5" elasticized around the legs.

Long sleeves.

Shoulder pads.

Zips up the back.

100% rayon.
